    With over 25 years of experience, Jeremy specializes in building, leading and managing multi disciplines teams that procure and manage the delivery of commercial new build and fit out schemes.

    Jeremy also has 20 years’ experience in amateur motorsport, winning 8 national championships. On weekends you’ll find him either racing his TVR or fixing it. In addition to his passion for motorsport Jeremy also has 3 grown up children and calls Buckinghamshire home.

    When Nicola is not jointly running Trilogie you’ll find her outdoors with her family. Nicola has a young family and rather large dog, which keeps her outdoors walking, camping and boating in the UK and when time allows enjoys travelling further afield. Nicola calls Berkshire home and frequently becomes involved in local charities and school ventures locally.

    Keith specializes in building refurbishment and office fit-out work. Keith is extremely adept at managing multi-discipline teams, procuring and delivering commercial projects for a range of clients. He also has extensive dilapidations experience, acting for both landlords and tenants.

    Keith believes that his ever increasing grey hairs are a testament to his extensive experience, or possibly his three children. He likes to keep fit and enjoys a challenge – so he journeys to the office by Boris bike!

    Kulsoom is a highly accomplished Finance Director. In addition to leading the Finance Department, Kulsoom is the Company Secretary and a member of the board. Kulsoom is responsible for accounting, including the sales ledger, management accounts, financial reporting, business compliance, regulations and insurances for Trilogie CRE and a number of our clients.

    Dean is an Associate Director at Trilogie CRE with over 15 years experience in construction-related services including: project management, pre-acquisition due diligence, development monitoring, dilapidations, condition surveys, contract administration and reinstatement cost assessments.

    In his downtime Dean enjoys walking and spending time in the West Yorkshire countryside that he, his wife and two young daughters have made their home.
